The International Experimental Cinema Exposition (TIE), in collaboration with the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Centre which is hosting the event, has organised a one-day experimental film festival on Saturday 29 March. The event focuses on two very rarely seen films by Andy Warhol and new films from leading German and Austrian avant-garde directors like Peter Kubelka, Gustav Deutsch, Bernhard Schreiner and Josef Dabernig. Schreiner will be also the first Austrian director to receive the T.I.E. award in recognition of his contribution to the visual craft of experimental cinema.
