Love is in the air

Two films that deal with extreme feelings like falling in love and separation are released this week in Germany. Gregor Schnitzler’s zeitgeisty comedy Soloalbum is based on Benjamin von Stuckrad-Barres’s popular novel and was produced by Goldkind Film, with Clasart and TV60Film and is distributed by Concorde Film Distribution. Ottfilm is behind the release of Love the Hard Way by Peter Sehr, produced by P'Artisan and Vif, and starring this year’ Oscar-winning best actor Adrien Brody (The Pianist). The film got a positive reception from numerous international film festivals. Both films were made with financial backing form the Bavaria Film & TV Fund and the Federal Film Board.
