This year again, Cineuropa renews its partnership with the Venice Days for a daily coverage of the festival’s news. Follow the Venice Days on www.cineuropa.org, be it from home, the office or the Mostra.

Cineuropa is the only web portal to produce free and daily updated information about the European audiovisual industry, translated in four languages. Our journalists are present in most of the European festivals. As part of the coverage of the Venice Days, Cineurope will offer, on top of the film reviews, interviews with all the directors of the selection.

Besides, Cineuropa is a partner of the initiative 28 Times Cinema organized as part of the Venice Days in collaboration with the LUX Prize of the European Parliament. Our journalists will be part of the tutors who will mentor the 28 young cinema enthusiasts from all countries of the European Union, and who are invited to enjoy the Venice Film Festival and meet the professional present at the Mostra. Cineuropa will be organizing with them a “cinema journalism” workshop and will encourage them to join its brand-new Webreporters programme that will be launched during the Mostra and continue throughout the year on Cineuropa.org. This will be a unique opportunity for cinema lovers to write quality articles for a demanding and international readership, which uses our platform daily.
