Work in Progress projects announced, two added to CineLink Co-Pro Market
- Sarajevo’s CineLink has announced six projects for its Work in Progress section and added two more films to its Co-Production Market

Sarajevo Film Festival’s CineLink has announced six projects, chosen out of 40 submissions, that will participate in its Work in Progress section, as well as two more projects added to the Co-Production Market in collaboration with the Doha Film Institute and the Arab Fund for Arts and Culture.
Work in Progress sessions will take place in Sarajevo on August 21-22. They present fresh and promising upcoming films currently in post-production to the jury consisting of Managing Director of the The Post Republic Rebekka Garrido, The Match Factory’s Acquisition Manager Zsuzsi Bánkuti, and Arnaud Gourmelen, Selection Committee member at the Cannes Quinzaine des Réalisateurs.
The jury will give out two major awards: services €80,000 worth services from The Post Republic and
€20,000 worth services from Restart.
WORK IN PROGRESS PROJECTS:
Brides, Director: Tinatin Kajrishvili (Georgia, France)
Wednesday 4:45 AM, Alexis Alexiou (Greece, Germany, Israel)
Manpower, Noam Kaplan (Israel, France)
Three windows and a hanging, Isa Qosja (Kosovo, Germany)
World is Mine, Nicolae Constantin Tănase (Romania)
The Lamb, Kutluğ Ataman (Turkey, Germany)
The seventh additional project will be announced during the festival – a documentary selected from the Docu Rough Cut Boutique, the workshop organized by the Festival’s Documentary Competition Programme in collaboration with the Balkan Documentary Center.
Also, two additional guest projects in collaboration with the Doha Film Institute and the Arab Fund for Arts and Culture have been added to the CineLink Co-Production Market selection. CineLink will take place during Sarajevo Film Festival on August 21-24 and will be attended by around 500 industry professionals from across Europe.
