22/10/2013 - The new mandate ends on November 2015

During its 132nd meeting in Vilnius (Lithuania) on 15-17 October 2013, the Eurimages Board of Management decided to renew once again the mandate of its President Mr Jobst Plog for a second two-year term until 19 November 2015.

"I would like to thank the Board of Management to have once again renewed its trust in me. This work, which brings together 36 European member states so different and alike at the same time, is fascinating. Together we achieve significant results which means, in our industry, European films, both remarkable and moving and which contribute to the identity of each of the member states and our continent ", Plog said.

Since it was set up in 1988, the Eurimages fund has supported 1542 European co-productions for a total amount of approximately 468 million euros.
