Elefantenherz released

Züli Aladag's latest film is a realistic coming-of-age story of a boxer, called Marko, played by Daniel Brühl, the star of German monster-hit, Goodbye, Lenin! [+see also:

and this year’s German Shooting Star. Elefantherz is released in Germany on 11 April and co-stars Manfred Zapatka and Jochen Nickel.
The film was very successfully premiered at the 2002 Max Ophüls Filmfestival 2002 and won its DP Judith Kaufmann a Bavarian Film award for best cinematography and the VGF award for its producer, Cameo Film.
Produced with funds from the Bavarian Film & TV Fund, Elefantherz is released in Germany by courtesy of Ottfilm.
