The first online film festival in Eastern Europe, the Nedjeljna Avvantura na tportalu, is about to start in Croatia. The festival is presented by Eye on Films, Wide, and Croatian Telecom, and will be accessible through the online platform tportal.hr, as part of the MAXtv Filmofeel project, starting next Sunday, December 22. The first two films will be Estelle Larrivaz's Beast Paradise [+see also:

film profile] and Helene Lee and Christophe Farnarier's documentary The First Rasta.
Croatian audiences will have the chance for the first time to access a selection of 2 films in exclusivity each week, offered online every Sunday from 6pm to midnight. They will be able to choose between a fiction and a documentary film, and a catch-up session on streaming will be offered right after the free screenings for only 0,99 euros.
The first online film festival in Croatia has been coordinated by Zvjezdana Sekutor and Zeljka Kolak from Croatian Telecom, Sergej Stanojkovski from Festival Avvantura Zadar, and with the support of Mrs. Judita Frankovic, godmother of EoF label.
