Calls for submissions for the 14th edition of the Nordisk Panorama Five Cities Film Festival will take place in Malmö, Sweden from 23-28 September.
The event is a showcase for the best Nordic and international short and documentary films and features a competition, numerous sidebar events targeting specific issues and interest groups, as well as a parallel Nordisk Panorama Market and a two-day Nordisk Forum (22-23 September) about co-financing documentary projects.

The deadline for submissions of short and documentary films is 15 May 2003 online at official web site. Each film selected is automatically included in the Nordisk Panorama Market.

This year’s special interest categories include: a seminar by the organisers of a Dutch initiative called Docuzone, as well as the usual screenings targeting younger filmgoers, this year’s Children’s Panorama also includes a number of practical workshops where they will learn about the contribution digital technology is making to children’s films.
