Danish international sales agency TrustNordisk has closed a raft of sales deals for Danish director Pernille Fischer Christensen’slove drama Someone You Love [+see also:

, which was world-premiered at a Berlinale Special Gala. The first contracts covered Australia, New Zealand (Madman Entertainment), Spain, Andorra (Golem), Benelux (Wild Bunch), Korea (Atnine), Turkey, Cyprus (Umut Sanat Filmcilik) and Hong Kong (Edko Films).

received the international critics’ FIPRESCI Prize.

Scripted by Christensen and Kim Fupz Aakeson, the Sisse Graum Jørgensen and Vinca Wiedemann production for Zentropa Entertainments will be released domestically on 24 April by Nordisk Film Biografdistribution.

From a promo reel of selected scenes, TrustNordisk has made the first deals for Danish director Kristian Levring’s western, The Salvation, including Benelux  (Wild Bunch), Australia and New Zealand (Madman Entertainment), while a multi-territory contract is being negotiated.

One of the original Dogme directors, Levring scripted the story with Anders Thomas Jensen about a Danish settler in 1870s North America, who sets out to avenge the murder of his family. Mads Mikkelsen, Eva Green and Jeffrey Dean Morgan play the lead roles in the Sisse Graum Jørgensenproduction for Zentropa Entertainments, which Nordisk Film Biografdistribution will launch in autumn 2014.

– his third and this year’s only Nordic contender for the Berlinale Golden Bear – continues to attract the buyers. Signing contracts for Italy (Teodora Film), Switzerland (Xenix Filmdistribution), Hong Kong (First Distributors), Iran (Irib Media Trade) and Taiwan (Filmware International), TrustNordisk has now secured the title’s distribution in more than 40 territories.

Written by Kim Fupz Aakeson, and starring Swedish actor Stellan Skarsgård, Swiss actor Bruno Ganz and Norwegian actor Pål Sverre Hagen, In Order of Disappearance was produced by Finn Gjerdrum and Stein B Kvae for Paradox. It will reach Norwegian cinemas on 21 February, through Nordisk Film Distribusjon.
