Laurent Tuel gets Le Combat ordinaire under way

Written by the director himself, the story tells of Marco’s struggle: he is a young thirty-year-old who is a little different, a tad bad-tempered, but driven by good intentions. Starting with small things – wonderful encounters and precious moments that are often tender, and sometimes unsettling – he will manage to piece himself back together and vanquish his old demons.
Produced by Christophe Rossignon and Philip Boëffard for Nord-Ouest Films, Le Combat ordinaire is benefitting from a co-production by Paris Brest Productions, and pre-purchases by Canal+ and Ciné+. The shoot will take place in Brittany and Dordogne from 11 August to 5 September, and then from 24 November to 12 December. Distribution in France will be handled by Haut et Court.
Nord-Ouest Films is currently moving full steam ahead with its production activities, as the Paris-based outfit will be seeing the theatrical release of the Cannes revelation Love at First Fight [+see also:
