Among Eagle Pictures' founders Stefano and Ciro Dammico’s planned new projects there is an Italian comedy. Barcellona, a co-production with Gianclaudio Innocenzi’s Horizon, is to be directed by brothers Leonardo and Simone Godano. Martina Stella and Silvio Muccino will star.

Based on the short film of the same name which the brothers wrote and directed, the film is the story of two youths who play a flamboyant trick on relatives and friends inviting them to their fake wedding. The Godano brothers will start filming at the end of August in Rome and Barcelona.
