Call for projects for the Paris Coproduction Village

Things are kicking off again for the Paris Coproduction Village, whose second edition will take place in the French capital from 10-12 June 2015 as part of the fourth Champs-Elysées Festival. Organised by the team behind the Les Arcs European Film Festival (Pierre-Emmanuel Fleurantin, Vanja Kaludjercic, Jérémy Zelnick and Guillaume Calop), the Paris Coproduction Village, which expects to welcome over 150 professionals (sellers, distributors and producers), saw its inaugural edition enjoy considerable success last year (read the news).

Fifteen feature-film projects in development and in search of French and European partners will be selected this year. They will again be accompanied by six projects hailing from the Cannes Festival Cinéfondation Residency. Interestingly, there will be seminars on the funding of international co-productions in Europe on the programme, as well as the fourth edition of US-In-Progress, which will present four American features in the final stages of post-production and seeking international sales agents.

The candidates wishing to be selected at the Paris Coproduction Village 2015 have until 31 March to register by clicking here. The criteria are as follows: they must be feature-film projects (fiction, animation or documentary) with a director already attached, presented by a production company, and with funding already secured in the territory of origin.
