Written by the director, the story sees Daniel return home to a small Israeli town in the middle of nowhere, after having been roaming around Europe. There he meets up again with Lila, the love of his life, who has been bed-ridden for more than three years. For her, he will do the unthinkable in the name of love...

Produced by Raphaël Rebibo for Paris-based outfit Magora Productions (with Martine Fitoussi on board as associate producer) and by Israeli company Transfax Films (which is taking care of line production), Amor is being filmed over a total of five weeks in Israel, with Rami Agami serving as DoP. Distribution in France and international sales are under negotiation.
