John Michael McDonagh declares War on Everyone

Writer/director John Michael McDonagh is currently shooting War on Everyone [+see also:

The film follows two corrupt cops in New Mexico who blackmail and frame every criminal crosses their path, but matters take a different turn when they come up against someone who is possibly more dangerous than them. The cast includes Michael Peña, Alexander Skarsgård, Theo James, Tessa Thompson, Caleb Landry Jones and Paul Reiser.
McDonagh said, “It gives me great pleasure to declare War on Everyone with my fellow combatants, Michael Peña and Alexander Skarsgård. We look forward to the battles ahead, and we will go on with a spirit that fears nothing. That’s Homer, by the way.”
The UK’s Reprisal Films and Head Gear Films are producing, with funding from the British Film Institute Film Fund. Bankside Films, who are Head Gear’s sister company, is handling international sales. Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions has rights for Benelux, Spain, Portugal, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe, amongst other territories, while Icon Films will distribute in the UK.
