FIAF and film restoration
Filmhuset in Stockholm and Helsinki will host the annual FIAF (International Federation of Film Archives) from 1-7 June, organised with the SFI- Swedish Film Institute with the Finnish Film Archive.

Special guests at this year’s congress include Noel Desmet from the Royal Belgian Film Archive, Grover Crisp and Michael Friend of Columbia Pictures and Lasse Svenberg’s of the SFI. The programme includes a seminar on the restoration and conservation of colour films, and their preservation.
