As stated by Roberto Cicutto, the President and AD of Lice-Cinecittà, “for years, China has been the dream of entrepreneurs everywhere. When it opened itself up to international markets it created a huge pool of users. Among these are the tourists who come to our country en masse. Film events like the Cinema Italian Style event in Hong Kong serve a dual purpose: to acquaint people with Italian film and promote the increasingly large number of films distributed in China, but also to allow everyone who visits us to get to know us better, to make us and them a little less foreign and meet one another before coming face to face in person".
