by Oleg Novković, and in the first and second feature competition, another poultry-titled film wears the German colours: Nepalese director Min Bahadur Bham's The Black Hen [+see also:

Also colourful is the German delegation competing in the Documentary section. It includes Parvez Sharma's A Sinner in Mecca (co-produced with Indian and American partners), Romania's Ilinca Calugareanu's Chuck Norris Vs. Communism [+see also:

, Farid Eslam's Yallah Underground (coproduced with Egypt, UK and Czech Republic), and Somos Cuba by Annett Ilijew.

In the Free Spirit section, German visual artist Akiz is running with Der Nachtmahr [+see also:

. In the meantime, in the short film competition, Rolf Steinmann presents In Between, and in the Polish Short Films Panorama, Germany is represented by Izabela Plucińska's Sexy Laundry.

The Family Cinema Weekend programme includes one production and one co-production: the former is André Erkau's Winnetou's Son and the latter is the German/Austrian title Trenk, the Little Knight by Anthony Powers.

The Warsaw public will also be offered the Next Generation Short Tiger 2015 selection of German shorts.
