Revolving around the topic of integration through a look at a first-generation immigrant and her two daughters, and their place in French society, the film stars Soria Zeroual, Zita Henrot and Kenza Noah Aïche. Produced by Istiqlal Films, it was co-produced by Arte France Cinéma, Rhône-Alpes Cinéma and Canada, with support from the CNC’s advance on receipts and the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. International sales are handled by Pyramide, which also managed the distribution of the movie in French theatres, where it took a total of 251,000 admissions.
