Changes at UIP & 01
After the departure of Laura Crivellaro, for personal reasons, there’s a new director leading the marketing department at UIP. He’s Massimo Proietti, who comes from 01 Distribution, and he’ll be starting the new job at the beginning of September.
The former incumbent, Crivellaro, started off at RCS and Filmauro, and before moving to UIP in 1997 and she has said that she’ll be staying in the sector but she’ll be working as a freelance.
Her replacement at UIP, Proietti, has worked as Marketing director at Cecchi Gori, Polygram and Universal, and he’s been doing the same job at the company run by RAI Cinema and StudioCanal for the past two years. Taking over from Proietti at 01 Distribution will be 34-year-old Gaelle Armentano. From the end of June, the company will be 100% Italian.
