Production support

by

The Film Council’s Development Fund announced it was renewing financial support for three domestic production companies: Fragile Films (Euros279,000), Ruby Films (Euros97,500) and Tall Stories (Euros69,700), all of which received financial support (generated by the National Lottery) last year.
Three other UK production slates will receive financial support for the next three years: Zoe Stewart’s Shona Films (Euros58,800); Gurinder Chadha, Paul Mayeda Berges and new partner Rajinder Kochar’s Bend it Films (Euros160,300). This company was set up with an eye to projects that reflect the multi-ethnic nature of contemporary British society; and Paul Mayeda Berges and Paul Anderson’s Impact Pictures (Euros151,260).
