Gabriele Salvatores gets the better of Gabriele Muccino and Ferzan Ozpetek, who dominated the David awards, in saturday’s ceremony at Taormina for the 2003 Silver Ribbons, the prizes for Italian cinema awarded by the SNGCI (Italian Cinema Journalists Union).
The Silver Ribbon for Best Director went to the filmmaker from Milan for I’m Not Scared [+see also:
