18/06/2003 - A jury of young people will assign the awards for the "60 + o -" section

As is traditional, a jury of young people from all over the Italian penisula will be asked to assign the CinemAvvenire Award to the best of a selection of international medium-length features in the "60 + o –" section of the 39th International Pesaro Film Festival.
The festival is the brainchild of veteran Italian filmmaker, Gillo Pontecorvo and for the last eleven years it has worked to spread awareness of and build on young people’s familiarity with the very best cinema can produce.
To that end, the components of the jury will also be film critics, writing and publishing articles, interviews and reviews on the dedicated CinemAvvenire website.
The awards will be presented on Saturday 28 June in the main square of Pesaro.
