Shot on DigiBeta last summer, Play follows eight graduates of the Norwegian Theatre Academy who decide to pass one last week together on an island near Oslo.
The film was produced by Tanya Bedendyck for Dinamo Story AS and Panzerfilm with a Euros500,000 budget (half of which was put up by the Nordic Film Fund).
