Digital age stories
The ICEM (International Council for Educational Media) and ECFA (European Children’s Film Association) conference will run from 5-9 October at the Filmen Hus in Oslo.
Audiovisual Stories Of A Digital Age will cover two important issues: Media, Reality and Democracy ie. the relationship between film and education, and Digital Stories, an analysis of film storylines and their relevance as a major educational medium. Numerous children’s and family-orientated films will screen at this event.
Sidebar events to the main conference will be Media Days and the DVD Pitch Point on 6-8 October, both of which target international distributors and co-producers of digital films.
Organised in collaboration with the NFI (Norsk Film Institut), the conference will take place in English and ulterior information is available on the official web site.
