New deadline for Eurodoc Script
The two sessions that make up EuroDoc Script this year will now be held in December 2003 and April/May 2004. The deadline for submissions to this course which teaches industry professionals (writers and directors) how to nurse a project from the initial idea, right through to production is 15 September 2003.
The course is aimed specifically at these industry figures who are already working on a documentary and it will allow them to compile a fully comprehensive dossier about the project to present to European producers.
The first session, entitled From story to project is a detailed analysis of the projects the participants submitted. The second part, Finalising a project will evaluate the projects further and prepare the filmmakers to meet with specially invited industry operators.
