Eurimages supports 16 co-productions
- New films by Hirokazu Kore-eda, Ildiko Enyedi, Ari Folman, Stephan Komandarev and Amanda Kernell, among the selection
At its 152nd meetingheld from 15 to 19 October 2018 in Sofia, the Board of Management of the Council of Europe's Eurimages Fund agreed to support 12 fiction, 2 documentary and 2 animation film projects for a total amount of €5,201,000.
The share of eligible projects with female directors examined at the 152nd meeting of the Eurimages Board of Management was 31%; 44% of the projects supported were directed by women; €2,525,000 was awarded to these projects, representing 49% of the total amount awarded.

In the context of the Distribution Support Programme (Support for “marketing and publicity costs”), the Board of Management of the Council of Europe's Eurimages Fund agreed to support 33 requests for payment submitted by 17 distributors, for an amount of €307,204.
