Three comedies nominated for the European Film Awards

- Ditte & Louise, Tel Aviv on Fire and The Favourite will vie for the European Comedy award
The European Film Awards has announced the nominations for the 2019 European Comedy category. The nominations were determined by a committee comprised of EFA Board Members Katriel Schory (Israel) and Angela Bosch Ríus (Spain), distributor/festival programmer Selma Mehadzic (Croatia), film, festival & event specialist Jacob Neiiendam (Denmark) and producer Nik Powell (UK).
The nominated films are:

The nominated films will soon be submitted to the more than 3,600 EFA Members to elect the winner. The European Comedy 2019 will then be presented at the 32nd European Film Awards Ceremony on Saturday, 7 December, in Berlin.
