Votes have to be cast by the 360 jurists from Ente David di Donatello by September 27. The winning film for the nomination will be announced on September 30. The Academy Awards will announce the final shortlist of 5 films competing for the Oscar for Best Foreign Film will be published on January 27, 2004.
