Joan Collins in Ellis
The British actress Joan Collins will be starring
alongside
Linda de Mol in the film called Ellis
in Glamourland. It is directed by Pieter
Kramer
(Ja Zuster, Nee
Zuster),
and the production is currently underway in Holland. The screenplay is
by
Mischa Alexander, and this romantic comedy is about
the
adventures of Ellis, an unmarried mother. She goes on courses to learn
how
to seduce a millionarire. Neither she nor her fellow students have any
scruples
at all. They throw themelves at the feet of rich men at golf clubs and
parties.
Ellis in Glamourland is produced by Johan Nijenhuis and his
company
NL Film Produkties, with
support
from TROS and the Dutch Film Fund. The production is expected to be out
on release in 2004.
