Cinecittà Studios in London

The famous Roman Cinecittà Studios are expanding to open an office in London. It will be based on the Thames and the aim of the initiative is to have a strong presence in one of the most important crossroads for the cinematographic industry, and to offer its services in the realms of production, advertising, music videos and photography.
This new branch of Cinecittà Studios will be the third of its kind around the world, following on from the offices already established in New York (Debbie Brenner) and Los Angeles (Joshua Andrews). The director of the London base will be Joshua Andrews, who worked in international distribution for Mel Gibson’s Icon Entertainment International and he was the director of production for Odyssey Entertainment.
This new initiative is part of a general strategy of expansion for Cinecittà Studios, and it is also with the idea of giving Italian cinema a higher visibility abroad.
