The plot tells of how an armed robbery takes place on the bus line connecting the airport with various cities in the vicinity of Barcelona. The upshot is that three assailants are dead and one person has an arrest warrant on his head, with six witnesses unable to identify the fugitive. Officer Fran Garza (played by Pablo Molinero) and his professional partner – and ex – Rebeca Quirós (Ana Polvorosa) suspect that the witnesses are not telling the truth: they all claim not to have seen the killer’s face, but everything points to them having made a pact of silence to protect the person on the run. Soon enough, the case goes viral, and public opinion swings in support of the criminal, using the hashtag #YouWouldDoTheSame.
The series constitutes the first-ever partnership between Espotlight Media (which has also set in motion the project Los Farad by Mariano Barroso, in conjunction with Mod Producciones and for Amazon Prime Video – see the news) and Legendary Television, the international content division of Legendary Entertainment (Dune [+see also:

film profile]), which seeks to develop fiction projects aimed at the worldwide market. This partnership was instigated with the ultimate objective of creating premium-quality content focused on Spanish audiences, using first-rate talent to achieve this goal.
Tú también lo harías is a co-production between Legendary Television and Espotlight Media, produced by Anxo Rodríguez and Anne Thomopoulos. The series will be aired on Disney+ in Spain, with Legendary Television taking care of the international sales in the remaining territories.
