(2013). His new effort follows the misadventures of Don, a runaway puppet with a boundless imagination (who vaguely resembles William Shakespeare) and DJ Doggy Dog, an abandoned stuffed-animal toy in need of a friend, as they cross paths in Central Park and pair up against all odds for an epic adventure of friendship in New York City.

An adaptation of Q by Toy Story creators Joel Cohen and Alec Sokolow, the script was penned by Bob Barlen and Cal Brunker, who previously worked on Bigfoot Family and PAW Patrol: The Movie (2021).

During the 15-minute preview, the team showed the first batch of humorous clips from the feature, where the audience was able to get acquainted with the two lead characters, catch glimpses of their endearing friendship, and follow the rescue operations as Don and DJ Doggy Dog try to save three little racoons.

The Inseparables is being produced by Matthieu Gondinet for nWave Pictures (Belgium), and co-produced by Matthieu Zeller for Octopolis (France) and Eduardo Escudero for A Contracorriente Films (Spain). Octopolis and nWave are also selling the movie internationally.

Budgeted at $25 million (approximately €23.3 million), it will be distributed by Belga in the Benelux region, A Contracorriente in Spain, Volga in Russia and the CIS countries, Scanbox in the five Nordic countries, NOS in Portugal, Adastra Cinema in Ukraine and the Baltic states, and Blitz in Eastern European territories, including Croatia and Slovenia. Available territories include the USA, Canada, the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Latin America and Japan. Delivery is slated for July 2023.
