) and Camille Jourdy (based on her graphic novel Juliette: les fantômes reviennent au printemps), the script centres on 35-year-old Juliette, a children’s book illustrator, who returns to her hometown to spend two weeks with her loved ones: a father with his head in the clouds; a sister who has better things to worry about between her kids, her job, her vapid husband and her lover; an absent mother and a grandmother who is losing her mind. Buried memories, unspoken truths and family secrets bubble up to the surface…

Produced by Antoine Rein and Fabrice Goldstein for Karé Productions, Juliette In Spring is co-produced by France 3 Cinéma and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Cinéma. Pre-bought by Canal+, Ciné+ and France Télévisions, the feature film is also supported by the Cinéventure, Cofimage, La Banque Postale Image, Palatine Étoile and Cinéaxe Soficas. Filming will wrap on 29 April and take place entirely in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (five weeks in Ain and two Lyon) with  Brice Pancot (Magnetic Beats [+see also:
