Young critics at Courmayeur

Would you like to try playing the role of a film critic? Do you like to meet youngsters from other cultural or educational experiences? If you do, then the work experience offered under the Young European Critics banner is not to be missed. Six days of complete immersion in one of the most prestigious Italian film festivals, where practical sessions on writing (in French) are held alongside meetings with the Festival guests and the chance to see interesting premieres.
And then, there’s the honour and hard work of awarding the prize for the nest short film at the Noir in Festival in Courmayeur (December 3-9, 2003). To be eligible for selection you have to be aged between 18 and 26, and have a good knowledge of French. Send a letter to take part in the scheme, along with a short review (maximum 30 lines) in French to the following address: Il cinematografo, casella postale n. 254, 11100 Aosta. or email to ilcinematografo.ilcinema@tin.it.
