Black Dog triumphs in Cannes' Un Certain Regard

Black Dog by China’s Guan Hu has won the Un Certain Regard Prize at the 77th Cannes Film Festival, handed out by a jury chaired by Xavier Dolan (flanked by Vicky Krieps, Maïmouna Doucouré, Asmae El Moudir and Todd McCarthy). The film was produced by Chinese company The Seventh Art Pictures, and French sales agent Playtime is overseeing its international sales.
