The European External Action Service (EEAS) and the European Commission have partnered with the San Sebastián International Film Festival and Cineuropa to create EULAC4Cinema, in order to foster cultural relations between the EU and Latin America and the Caribbean. The goal is to support and highlight films that reflect the shared values of youth, gender and diversity, with a particular focus on the rights of minorities and indigenous peoples. This collaboration aims to enhance intercultural understanding, co-creation and collaboration while increasing the visibility of these important themes in the audiovisual sector.
