With just two days to go until the 75th Berlinale’s European Film Market (13-19 February) opens its doors, French international sales agent The Party Film Sales (directed by Sarah Chazelle and Etienne Ollagnier) is putting the finishing touches to its line-up, which notably boasts a movie selected for the new Perspectives section: We Believe You [+see also:

Produced by Makintosh Films, the Belgian duo’s debut fiction feature film stars Myriem Akheddiou, Laurent Capelluto, Natali Broods, Ulysse Goffin and Adèle Pinckaers in its cast. The story revolves around Alice who finds herself standing before a judge, knowing there’s no room for error. She must speak up for her children and face up to their father, as the former’s custody hangs in the balance. Can she make their voices heard and protect them before it’s too late?

The EFM will also see The Party Film Sales team - steered by Estelle de Araujo and Samuel Blanc - hosting market screenings of the highly likeable movie In the Nguyen Kitchen [+see also:
