Europa Distribution to bring case studies on recent European animation films’ releases to Cartoon Movie

Europa Distribution continues its various events and activities, once again strengthening its long-standing and successful collaboration with Cartoon Movie, which will take place from 4 to 7 March (read news). This partnership, established more than 15 years ago, aims to enhance access for independent film publishers and distributors to the most important market and pitching event dedicated to European animated films. It provides a valuable opportunity for the European Network to refine its members’ release strategies, promotional campaigns and innovative initiatives, with a particular focus on animation.
A closed workshop will take place on Tuesday 4 March and host case studies on recent European animation films’ releases, in various markets. Europa Distribution members João Paolo Abreu (Films4you, Portugal), Monica Felea (Bad Unicorn, Romania), Sabine Hofmann (Polyfilm, Austria), Jan Slanina (Aerofilms, Czech Republic) and Thomas Verkaeren (O’Brother, Belgium), will share their marketing and release strategies for various animation films such as Flow [+see also:
