During its last session of 2003, the FFA (Filmförderungsanstalt) has decided to appropriate a total of 2.970.000 Euros to finance cinematographic projects, including:

It was also decided to appropriate 20,000 Euros and 25,000 Euros for Cartoon Movie 2004 and Berlinale Talent Campus 2004 as well as for the course in specialization for working cinematographs as suggested by the French-German Commission, which also decided to appropriate 400,000 Euros for the co-production of Offset, to be directed by Didi Danquart. This sum will be divided into 300,000 Euros from Integral Film in Berlin and 100.000 Euros bya Unlimited in Paris.
