Wrap for Inside I’m Dancing

The director of East Is East, Damien O’Donnell is finishing the shooting of his new feature film Inside I’m Dancing [+see also:

film profile] this week. It is produced by James Flynn and Juanita Wilson from Octagon Films, and executive produced by Tim Bevan, Eric Fellner and Natasha Wharton from Working Title.
The film tells the story of an extraordinary friendship between Michael (Steve Robertson), a 24 year old with cerebral palsy and Rory (James McAvoy from Bright Young Things [+see also:

film profile]), who can only move his right hand. Both meet at the Carrigmore Residential Home for the Disabled, run by the charismatic Eileen (Brenda Fricker). But the rebellious Rory soon introduces his friend to a whole new world outside Carrigmore, and both men make a fresh start, decide to share a flat and hire the beautiful Siobhan (Romola Garai from Vanity Fair) as their personal assistant.
Inside I’m Dancing wraps on December 12, and it was shot in Dublin and in Ardmore Studios. Universal Pictures will handle the international release of the film next year.
