Samsung and LevelK ink deal to launch RomCom TV
- The international sales and aggregation house enters the growing FAST market with the launch of its first free ad-supported streaming channel, now live on Samsung Smart TV

Copenhagen-based world sales and aggregation house LevelK has joined forces with Samsung to launch RomCom TV, a new free ad-supported streaming television (FAST) channel offering a curated selection of romantic comedies around the clock. Available on Samsung Smart TVs in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland, the channel aims to make feel-good entertainment accessible to a broad audience.
The initiative marks LevelK’s first step into the FAST market and reflects a long-term strategic move rather than a quick response to changing viewing habits. “This is not a new quick solution to a changing market, but the result of many negotiations and a long thought-out strategy which started a while ago, where LevelK noticed the market and audiences’ viewing habits and consumption started changing,” the company stated. Partnering with Samsung, the leading FAST platform in the Nordic region, was a natural choice to reach the largest possible audience.
As part of its aggregation service, LevelK seeks to offer light-hearted and appealing programming for families, couples and groups of friends. The RomCom TV line-up draws from LevelK’s extensive international film catalogue and will be refreshed regularly to provide viewers with a varied and dynamic streaming experience. Some of the first featured titles include Don Jon by Joseph Gordon-Levitt, starring Scarlett Johansson and Julianne Moore; I Love You Philip Morris [+see also:

“FAST channels are a great free way of discovering new content within any genre or niche 24 hours a day,” said Lars Frahm, Head of Aggregation at LevelK. “At LevelK we administer thousands of titles from rights holders all over the world. So, creating FAST channels out of these titles is a natural next step for us.”
In an exclusive statement to Cineuropa, Frahm added: “In today’s streaming landscape there are so many different ways for the audience to approach content. So, we need to make it available in every possible way, to maximise viewership. But FAST channels do not only represent another way of approaching content. There are a large variety of niche content that doesn’t fit on traditional streaming services, which have now found a home on FAST. This is not only beneficial for the producers and content owners, but also for the audience, who can discover content they might not otherwise have come across.”
LevelK’s entry into the FAST sector will not stop with RomCom TV. The company is already developing several additional channels, each targeting specific niches and set for release later this year and in early 2026. “Creating FAST channels is a part of our strategic partnerships with platforms and rightsholders and unites our in-house sales activities, becoming a full-service sales house,” said Tine Klint, Founder and CEO of LevelK.
