A new production company has just entered the Italian cinema industry; Marco Ambrosino and Veronica Salvi have just created, in Rome, the company Dujass film . They are already at work, currently producing a 3D cartoon, La storia di Leo, with the voices of Neri Marcorè, Simona Marchini, Leo Gullotta, and Carlo Conti. As far as distribution is concerned, Dujass film picked several titles from the catalogue Esse&bi cinematografica.
In Berlin, Dujass bought from Bac Films International Crustacés e coquillages, a comedy by Olivier Ducastel and Jacques Martineau starring Valeria Bruni Tedeschi and Jean-Marc Barr. This film, which won the Label Europa Cinemas, shows the adventures of a typical family of city-birds on holidays at the sea. Dujass also bought, from Latido, Miguel Bardem’s Incautos, a black comedy starring Victoria Abril and Federico Luppi.
