Full access to the "Cinema Celebration"
The formula is simple: just go to the movies between the 25th and the 28th of April, pay a full-fee ticket and keep the “big ticket” you will be given. This special ticket will entitle you to view any screening in any cinema during the four days of the celebration paying only 1.50 euro.
Such initiative is organised by Anica and the Agis along with the cinema owner’s associations and the distributors, with the support of the Film Direction of the Ministry of Cultural Goods and Activities, which has already assigned 800.000 euros to extend the film season thanks to the release of new films during the summer period.
A vast majority of the tradespeople support the initiative (99.9% were guaranteed by the responsible), while the “Film Celebration” can rely on the advertising support constituted by the screening of a film in over 3000 cinemas in the days before the 25th of April and a shorter version of the film broadcast on the RAI, Mediaset and over 327 local channels. The protagonist of the spot will be the “big ticket”.
Posters in all cinemas, statements on national radios and publicity by local authorities complete the launching of the intitiative.
