With nearly one million tickets sold from Monday 25th to Thursday 28th, the Film Fair 2005 was more than successful. This year, up to 961,000 Italian spectators took advantage of this event organised by the ANICA, the exhibitors from the ANEC, the ANEM, and the ACEC, as well as the distributors represented by the Unidim. The progression is obvious compared to last year’s figures, for 150% more tickets were sold (especially since Monday was bank holiday). The Italian Film Fair is also the beginning of another event, the promotional campaign Cinema d'Estate (Summer Films).
