From the 5th to the 9th of October, the wienXtra-medienzentrum will prove its commitment to new talents by organising the 9th Vienna Film and Video Days, a festival which allows young film-lovers to share their passion with both the public and a jury.

At the core of this forum, which rewards creativity over academic skills, there is a competition open to all young artists under the age of 22. They can submit films lasting 30-minutes maximum which have been made this year up until the 2nd of September. Participation is free.
