Three more join galaxy

The list of actors selected to for “Shooting Stars 2003” is three names' longer.
Portugal is sending Leonor Baldaque, the star of four recent films by veteran Portuguese director Manoel de Oliveira: O principio de incerteza, Je retourne à la maison, Porto da Minha Infância and Inquietude) and, more recently, in Alixis Mital Toldeo’s Eloge de l’Ombre.
Belgium went for Matthias Schoenaerts, the young star of Anyway the Wind Blows by Tom Barman. Schoenaerts is well-known in Benelux and has starred in numerous Flemish-language films as well as in Jan Verheyde’s 2001 Alias and Dorothée van den Berghe’s Filles (2002).
The Netherlands’ choice was Daan Schuurmans, a graduate of the Theatre Academy, who came to public attention after starring in Johan Nijenhuis’ Full Moon Party (2002).
