A partnership with the Balkans
The European Commission (enlargement Department) has just launched a public appeal for proposals in order to support independant TV production and regional cooperation in Western Balkans consisting in coproducing TV programmes with other producers and broadcasters of the EU or the 'CARDS' area. All proposal submitted before the 3d of November 2005 (date of reception) will be considered.
