Bernd Neumann, CDU party-leader for Bremen, has just taken over Cristina Weiss' functions as head of the Ministry of Culture.
Besides his political career, 63-year-old Neumann has huge experience of the film and TV industry. He was a board-member of the FFA and Radio Bremen before joining the TV channel ZDF.
