Return to fiction for Hans-Ulrich Schlumpf

After five years absence, filmmaker Hans-Ulrich Schlumpf is back with a new work of fiction, Ultima Thule – Eine Reise an den Rand der Welt (Ariane Film), on the bill in Alemanic Switzerland since November 17th. The film, which he wrote and directed, tells of the initiation of a broker: gravely injured in a car accident, his soul leaves his body in the shape of an eagle and soars towards the unspoiled nature of Alaska… Actors Stefan Kurt, Barbara Auer and Patrick Frey interpret the main roles and the photography is by Pio Corradi, DoP on the films by Fredi M.
