Moretti’s film has been nominated in 13 categories, Placido’s in 14, including the David Giovani (Young David Award). Both films are naturally in the running for the most coveted prize: Best Film.
The other films vying for the statuette, which will be handed out April 21 in Rome, are My Best Enemy (12 nominations), Notte prima degli esami (11 nominations) and La terra (six nominations).
